Are you interested in science and genetic research? Do you know how modern cell lines and genetics were tested? Do we actually know what happens with our samples when they are collected by a doctor? Mr. Harlacher will be running a book club on The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, a true story of how one woman's cells were used without her knowledge to create all modern cell lines. The Student Center is pleased to once again be offering Peer Mentoring applications for the '25-'26 school year. Paper applications can be obtained in the Student Center by Mrs. Sarner's door or can be found in the Student Center's Google Classroom starting MONDAY, 3/31. Applications are due back by midnight on Thursday, April 17th, no exceptions. Once applications and teacher recommendations are turned in, you will need to sign up for an interview slated for May 7th or 8th. A link will be sent to you. (4/17)
