All monies raised by your child from any Class of 2021 sponsored fundraiser, between now and graduation, will be kept on account in the form of a share system. During your child’s senior year, monies accrued from shares earned over the previous 3 ½ years can be used to offset the cost of their senior expenses, including senior class trip, prom, cap and gown, and yearbook.

Shares can be earned in several different ways. One share is earned for each of the following: for every $35 of fundraiser goods sold; for every $35 of tricky tray donations received; for every 4 hours of time volunteered at a Class of 2021 event, by either the student or parent; for every term held as a class officer. The share value is calculated after the senior tricky tray in the fall of 2020. The value of the Class of 2021 account, after allocating monies for senior class events, is divided by the total number of shares acquired.

Typically one share has a
$10 value, although this value may change depending on the amount of monies raised by your child.

Earning shares is a great way for your child to ease financial needs during their senior year, but it takes planning and work. We look forward to working with your child and will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
